We’ve Got You

Sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay.

If your order isn’t quite right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.


Easy Returns

We’ll happily take it back if:

  • It’s unworn
  • It’s unwashed
  • It’s still in great condition

Try it on, make sure you love it—that’s what it’s there for.


A Few Exceptions

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized pieces

If Something’s Wrong

If your order shows up damaged or not what you expected:

  • Reach out within 7 days
  • Send your order number + a quick photo

We’ll make it right—no stress.

  3. We’ll walk you through the next steps

Shipping

  • Return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility
  • If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover it

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll check it over
  • If everything looks good, we’ll issue your refund
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to show up

The quickest way is to place a new order, then return the original.
